Prior to the commencement of work, a construction schedule is created. The schedule reflects order times, fabrication times and installation times for all elements of the project. Each item in the schedule is coordinated for the maximum level of efficiency in the construction sequence. The schedule is continually reviewed and updated based on real-time.
