Intersouth Builders, LLC does what our clients need a contractor to do – and then some. We work as part of your team to help your make your projects work for your tenants and clients. We enable your clients to take possession of their building or their space when they are supposed to so they want to work with you the next time and the time after that. We make sure the spaces or buildings are finished with more than the quality everyone expects – again so that every developer we work for has a next project with the client they are serving. Quite simply, our job is to make you look good to your client. We don’t look good unless you look good.
RETAIL CONSTRUCTION
Intersouth Builders LLC has a history of constructing mall anchor stores, big boxes and strip centers. We are equally comfortable building the shell or finishing the interior.
MEDICAL OFFICE
Intersouth has experience in constructing medical office spaces with dust containment and complex finishes and systems including radiology, medical gases, etc.
GENERAL OFFICE
Intersouth can successfully construct your office whether located in a downtown Class A high-rise or in a flex building in a rural setting.
METAL BUILDINGS
Metal buildings no longer have the utilitarian look of yesterday’s metal buildings. They are faster to engineer and faster to produce – again giving Intersouth an advantage in our design / build delivery method to produce cost effective and flexible ways to produce modern and beautiful buildings.
